Product Summary

The ULN2003 is a high-voltage, high-current darlington array. The ULN2003 is suited for interfacing between low-level logic circuitry and multiple peripheral power loads. It is designed for use with standard and schottky TTL where higher output currents are required and loading of the logic output is not a concern.
